The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have tendered Minutes of Order. According to them, the manner in which the dues of the Respondent No.1 can be cleared and the interest of Respondent No.2 can be secured has been stated therein. We have perused the said Minutes of Order and we are satisfied that the interest of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 would be sufficiently protected. 2.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Minutes of Order, which are taken on record and marked "A" for identification. 3.

In accordance with Clause 9 of the said Minutes, the amount remaining in balance after satisfying the dues of Respondent No.1 shall be 1/2

To facilitate the same, the petitioner in the present writ petition who is also the Petitioner No.5 in Writ Petition No.11729 of 2019 shall obtain necessary orders in that writ petition to enable investment of the balance amount in a fixed deposit subject to outcome of that writ petition. 4.
