List these matters on 3rd July 2024 to enable the learned counsel for the developer to file undertakings in terms of the proposals put forward by him before this Court today to clear the arrears of rentals and also to pay the rentals regularly hereafter. 2.
In addition to the above undertakings, the developers should also file an affidavit indicating the approximate date by which this project would be completed. Such affidavit should be accompanied by bar chart.

Such affidavit to be filed and served on or before 1st July 2024.
