Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2-SRA seeks time to place on record affidavit of Chief Executive Officer and also a report as directed by us in our order dated 11 September 2025.

Copy of the report be furnished to the learned counsel for the Petitioner and other Respondents 2 days prior to the adjourned date of hearing. 3.

We record that Respondent No. 7 will handover the tenement occupied by her to the SRA within a period of 2 weeks from today as stated by learned counsel for Respondent No. 7. The same is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. Ingale

Needless to observe that if the tenement is not handed over, the SRA is permitted to take lawful action of eviction against Respondent No. 7. 5.

We are informed by learned counsel for the Petitioner- Mr. Singh that on similar issue, some more writ petitions are filed. Let the same also be placed along with this petition.
