In pursuance of our detailed order dated 11 September 2025, it is informed to the Court that the possession of the tenement has already been handed over to the petitioner by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority. Report of the SRA is taken on record.

In this view of the matter, further adjudication of the petition is not called for. Accepting such statement as made on behalf of the SRA, we dispose of this petition. No costs.
