Under a praecipe, the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the amount of Rs.4,91,45,369/- deposited by the Respondents in this Court.

Ordinarily, such prayer should not be made by filing praecipes. An Interim Application should be filed. 5.
However, since, the request is not opposed by Mr. Abhishek Mishra, the learned counsel for the Respondents, we allow this request.

The Registry to transfer the deposited amount together with interest, if any, that shall have accrued on it, into the Petitioner's bank account. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the bank details of the Petitioner's account will be furnished to the Registry, and within two to three days from furnishing such bank details, the Registry should effect the necessary transfer.

The praecipe is disposed of.
