Mr. More, learned Additional Government Pleader puts in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 and waives notice.

Let an affidavit-in-reply be filed by the respondents within three weeks. A week thereafter shall be available to the petitioner to file rejoinder-affidavit, if any. 6.

In the meantime, if the subject tender is finalized, the same shall be subject to further orders which may be passed in this writ petition.
