Pursuant to the order dated 1st October 2024, minutes of the meeting of SEIAA, dated 4th September 2024 have been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It has been informed at Bar that by the decision dated 4th September 2024 of the SEIAA, the matter has been remitted to the State Environmental Impact Assessment Committee.

We, thus, direct that the decision in terms of the remand shall be taken by the Committee at the earliest, say within a period of two months. The decision so taken by the Committee shall be produced before the Court by the next date of listing.
