Ms. Jaya Bagwe, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of respondents 2 and 3.

Learned senior advocate Dr. Sathe assisted by Ms. Aksha Hudda, learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn our attention to the minutes of meeting dated 24th August 2023 where the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) has decided to defer the proposal submitted by the project proponent, however, Dr. Sathe states that the SEIAA has considered the matter again in its meeting held on 4th September 2024.
