The Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 being statutory authorities, their signatures on the Consent Terms are not necessary. As far as the Respondent No.3 is concerned, learned Advocate Ms. Singhania, on instructions, submitted that the society has no objection to the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 executing the said Consent Terms. The said statement is accepted. 4.
The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The statement made in the Consent Terms and undertaking given by the respective parties are accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 6.
The Petition is accordingly disposed off in terms of the Consent Terms dated 21 January 2025.
