C.:- 1) The substantive prayer in present Petition is prayer clause (b), which read as under :- "(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, in the nature of certiorari, order, directing the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 to decide the representations made by the Petitioner dated 12/02/2024 as per Exhibit-B". 2) Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.1 to 3, drew our attention to the communication dated 22nd February 2024, signed by the Colony Officer of 'D' Ward, clearly indicating that the said representation of the Petitioner has already been decided. Shiv 27-WP-3029-2024.doc representation made by the Petitioner dated 15th July 2021, as stated in prayer clause (a) is concerned, it appears to us that, it has subsumed in the final representation dated 12th February 2024. 3) In view thereof, we are of the view that the prayers in present Petition are already worked out.

4) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
