Mr. Hegde, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that by Order dated 21st June 2024 extension of time to vacate respective premises of the members of the Petitioner-society has been granted up to 5th July 2024. He states that the members of the Petitionersociety are facing some difficulties in securing the alternate accommodation. He states that as a last chance the said time of 5th Sonali

He states that undertakings of the members to vacate their respective premises by 12th July 2024 will be filed in this Court on or before 3rd July 2024. He further states that copies of such undertakings filed in this Court will be served on the learned Advocates appearing for the Respondents by 4th July 2024.
