In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has assailed the validity of order dated 29th March 2024, passed by the Respondent No.1- Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., by which the Petitioner has been debarred from filing any tender in the Respondent No.1 for a period of three years. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the impugned order has been passed without hearing to it.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 prays for an adjournment on the ground that the arguing Counsel is not available. 3.
