This matter was heard by us at great length on 11th July, 2024 and thereafter adjourned to enable the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to file an affidavit in reply to the above Writ Petition. The reason why this time was given was because the issue in the present Petition is the interplay between the Notification dated 26th June 2020, read with the Notification dated 18th October 2022, issued by the said Ministry on the one hand, and the "Vivad Se Vishwas I-Relief for MSMEs Scheme" floated by the Ministry of Finance, on the other.

8.wp.3080.24.doc Today when the matter is called out, Ms.Ganoo states that a further period of two weeks is required to file an affidavit because the same has to be affirmed at Delhi and thereafter brought here. Acceding to her request, we now place this matter on 8th August, 2024.

Since we have heard this matter substantially, both parties have requested us to keep this matter as part-heard. In view of the aforesaid request, we direct that in the event our present assignment changes, the parties are at liberty to move to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice (on the Administrative Side) to have the above matter assigned to this Bench. Stand over to 8th August, 2024 (First on Board). This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court.
