The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue any appropriate Writ/Order/direction to quash and set aside the impugned letter dated 06.03.2024 [Exhibit "O" hereto] bearing Letter Ref No.IMP/326416026/24 issued by the Office of Respondent No.3.
and/or (b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue any appropriate Writ/Order/Direction to quash and set aside the Impugned Order dated 07.03.2024 [Exhibit "P hereto] bearing Ref:BO1075751442021 issued by the Office of Respondent No.3.
and/or JULY 04, 2024 Utkarsh
3.wp.3117.2024.doc (c) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondents not to revoke/impound the renewed passport bearing no.V3962179 of the Petitioner to enable him unhindered travel abroad for the purposes of admission of his daughter and/or for other purposes.
and/or (d) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue any order or direction directing the Respondent No.2 to expeditiously decide the Appeal preferred by the Petitioner on 01.04.2024 before the Respondent No.2 (Chief Passport Officer, Passport Division, Ministry of External Affairs)."

Mr.Almeida, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that the Appeal preferred by the Petitioner before Respondent No.2 has now been decided against the Petitioner and an order is passed on 22nd June 2024 upholding the revocation of the passport of the Petitioner. He, therefore, sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the said order. 3.
In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 4.
