It is, however, pointed out that that the Petitioner has submitted the Bid only in respect of Route No.1 and 2 and not Route No.3 and 4. It is, therefore, submitted that it may be clarified that the interim order dated 01/07/2024 pertains to Route No.1 and 2 only. The aforesaid factual position has not been fairly disputed by learned counsel for the Petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, and taking into account the fact that the Petitioner has not submitted the Bid in respect of Route No.3 and 4, it is clarified that interim order dated 01/07/2024 operates only in respect of Route No.1 and 2.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for adjournment on the ground that the arguing counsel is not available. 5.
