A draft amendment has been tendered by the learned counsel for the petitioner with a prayer to grant leave to amend the petition as per schedule of amendment. 2.

Having regard to the nature of amendment sought, leave is granted to the petitioner to amend the petition as per the schedule of amendment. Re-verification is dispensed with. 3.

Let the necessary amendments be incorporated in the petition within a week from today.

Copy of the amended petition shall also be provided by the petitioner to respondent No.1.

Issue notice to newly impleaded respondent Nos.2 and 3, returnable on 8 October 2024. To be placed High on Board.

In the meantime, the ONGC shall file additional affidavitin-reply to the amended portion of the writ petition within 10 days from today.

While filing their additional affidavit, the ONGC shall bring on record the date of finalisation of tender/notification of

award of tender and the dates on which the information regarding award of tender was communicated to the newly impleaded respondent Nos.2 and 3.

8.

Stand over to 8 October 2024.
