Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that all the Respondents have been duly served.

The Petitioner's grievance is that her representations dated 28th September 2021 and 10th January 2023 are not yet disposed of by the SRA.

The record indicates that the SRA after receipt of the above representations even called upon the Developer to furnish 01st July 2024

(64) WP-3175.24.DOCX comments. However, there is nothing on record to indicate that the matter was persuaded further by the SRA, and the Petitioner's representations were dispose of. Therefore, we direct the SRA to dispose of the Petitioner's representations dated 28th September 2021 and 10th January 2023 as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 1st October 2024, if not already disposed of. 5.

The SRA must communicate its reasoned order to the Petitioner and the developer on or before 1st October 2024. 6.

If any of the parties are aggrieved by such decision, they will have the liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. 7.

We clarify that we have not gone into the rival contentions, and therefore, all contentions of all parties are left open to be determined by the SRA in the first instance.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 9.

There shall be no order for costs.
