In the above Writ Petition, by our order dated 20th June 2024, we had directed the Passport Authorities to process the Application of the Petitioner for issuance of the passport ignoring the adverse police report. We had also directed that if the Passport Authorities find that the Application of the Petitioner is otherwise in order, they shall then proceed to issue the passport to the Petitioner. The Writ Petition was disposed of with the JULY 18, 2024 Ashvini Narwade

Today, when the matter is called out, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Passport Authorities has stated that the Passport Application of the Petitioner has been processed and the Passport has been issued to the Petitioner on 16th July 2024 and the same is dispatched on the same day at the present residential address of the Petitioner. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Passport Authorities has also tendered an e-mail dated 16th July 2024, received from the Passport Authorities stating that the Passport has been dispatched to the Petitioner as recorded above. The said e-mail is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 4.

Once this is the statement made by the Passport Authorities, we find that our order dated 20th June 2024 has been duly complied with. Hence, no further orders are now necessary in the above Writ Petition. 5.
