In this Petition, the grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent No.2 has entered into MOU with Respondent No.3 for setting up of Dialysis Centres at 367 Government Health Facilities on nomination basis without inviting for any tender. The aforesaid action of Respondent No.2 is in contravention of the Maharashtra Medical Goods Procurement Authority Act, 2023.
