It is stated at the bar that on similar issue Public Interest Litigation No. 34 of 2024 is pending before the Nagpur Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that this writ petition as well as the PIL, pending before the Nagpur Bench, deserves to be heard analogously so as to avoid the possibility of conflicting orders. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that he has already approached the Chief Justice on administrative side seeking tagging of PIL, pending at Nagpur Bench, with the present petition.

In view of aforesaid submission, office is directed to requisition the record of PIL No. 34 of 2024 from Nagpur Bench of this Court and the same be listed along with the present writ petition for analogous hearing.
