Mr. Jalisatgi, learned counsel for the Respondent states that a compilation of the documents consisting of eight pages of daily report about transportation work done by the workers who are the members of the Petitioner - Union has been filed in this Court by the Petitioner after filing of the sur-rejoinder dated 07.08.2024. He submits that these documents are not produced along with the affidavit and therefore, they are not dealt with by the respondent.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the Respondent, Mr. Mahadeshwar, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that these documents will be produced in this Court along with the Anand Page No. 1
