Learned counsel for the Petitioner however admits that the Petitioner has appealed against the said order before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee ("AGRC").

Learned counsel for the Petitioner now submits that the Petitioner would be satisfied if some directions are issued to the AGRC to dispose of the pending appeal expeditiously and in a time bound manner.

Considering the limited request, we direct the AGRC to dispose of the Petitioner's Appeal No. 222 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the Petitioner placing an authenticated copy of this order before the AGRC. 6.
With the above directions, we dispose of this Petition. There should be no orders as to costs.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 8.
Pending Interim Applications does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
