The learned counsel for respondent no.1 seeks time on the ground that the arguing counsel is not available.

The learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner does not object to the grant of time. He however submits that petitioner's Fellowship is required to be renewed by his Guide, after which the relevant documents are to be uploaded by the 1st respondent to enable such Fellowship to be continued. He submits that tomorrow is the last date for undertaking this process, which is conducted once in six months. 3.
Without prejudice to the contentions of the respondent no.1 and if 1/2 902-WP-3359-2024.doc Dixit
the petitioner's Guide on being duly satisfied recommends the renewal of the petitioner's Fellowship, the respondent no.1 shall upload the relevant documents without prejudice to its rights. This exercise would be subject to outcome of the Writ Petition. The petitioner shall not claim any equity in that regard.
