Considering this fact, we direct that the sum of Rs.76 Crores (subject to final reconciliation of account) shall be refunded by Respondent No.1 on or before 30th July, 2024 to the Petitioner's Bank Account No. 111010000000055.

It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted. 6.
