In the second session, the Petitioner tendered across the bar his Affidavit dated 11th October 2024 duly affirmed before a Notary Public. Except the statements made in para No.3 of the said Affidavit, rest of the statements made by the Petitioner are accepted. The apology tendered by the Petitioner in-person is also accepted. 2) Petitioner is permitted to withdraw Petition unconditionally. 3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
