In the morning session, when the matter was called out, since none appeared for the Petitioner, an order was passed dismissing the present Writ Petition for want of prosecution.

Accordingly, the order of dismissal that was passed in the morning session is hereby recalled and the matter is stood over for further directions on 30th January 2026.

Notice of this order shall be given by Mr. Khwaja Shaikh to all the Respondents together with a copy of the order and an Affidavit-of-Service to that effect shall be filed on or before the next date. 5.
