P.C.:- 1) Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid Petition. He submits that during the pendency of the aforesaid Petition, parties i.e. the Petitioner and the Respondent No.4ICICI Bank have settled their dispute amicably and as such, the Petitioner does not wish to pursue the Petition. 2) The Petitioner, aged about 81 years is present in Court. She seeks leave to withdraw the Petition in view of the amicable settlement. The Petitioner when questioned, states that she has received Rs.22 Lakhs from the Respondent No.4-ICICI Bank. Shivgan 1/2

14-WP-3493-2024.doc 3) Learned counsel for the Petitioner has tendered an affidavit of the Petitioner dated 20th February 2025. The same is taken on record.

4) In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the Petition. The Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
