1) Note put up by the Registry mentions that, the Advocate for the Petitioner did not supply spare copies of the Petition in the Registry and therefore notice could not be issued to Respondents Nos.1 to 6. 2) Mr. Tripathi, learned Advocate for the Petitioner submit that Advocate on record for Petitioner will supply spare copies of complete compilation of the Petition in the Registry within a period of six weeks from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. 3) As a consequence thereof, the returnable date of service of notice upon Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 is extended by six weeks thereafter. 4) It is made clear that, if the Advocate on record for the Petitioner fails to supply spare copies of Petition in the Registry within the stipulated 1/2
