P.C.:- 1) Mr. Tripathi, the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, submitted that out of the three premises claimed by the Petitioner, two Permanent Alternate Accommodations have already been allotted by MHADA to him. That the MHADA Authorities have assured the Petitioner that they will also allot the third Permanent Alternate Accommodation premises to him as per the provisions of law. 2.

In view thereof, the Petition is worked out and the grievance of the Petitioner as of today does not survive. The Petition is accordingly disposed off.
