Ms. Chavan, on instructions from Mr. Kumbhar, who is present in Court, states that the impugned order dated 5th April 2024 be quashed and set aside and the matter be remanded for denovo consideration. Ordered accordingly.

Respondent no.2 shall pass a reasoned order dealing with all submissions of petitioner but before passing any order, a personal hearing shall be given to petitioner, notice whereof shall be communicated atleast five working days in advance. Should petitioner wish to file any written submissions to record what transpired during the personal hearing, the same to be filed within three working days of the conclusion of the personal hearing.
