The Petitioners seek a direction upon the Respondent (MCGM) to decide their representation dated 25/06/2023 for transfer of the plot described in prayer clause (b) in their favour. 3.

Accordingly, we direct the MCGM to dispose of the Petitioner's representation in accordance with law and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in any event within four weeks from today, i.e., on or before 22nd August 2024, if already not SUMEDH NAMDEO SONAWANE already disposed of.
