The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Recovery Officer under Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961 for raising an objection to the attachment of its properties. The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

In case, the petitioners raise an objection to the attachment of their properties before the Recovery Officer, he shall consider the same and decide the objections within a further period of four weeks of filing of the objections. All points raised by the petitioners in the writ petition are kept open.
