Pursuant to the order dated 08/08/2024, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the inspection report dated 04/01/2024 has been submitted to the Deputy Registrar on 22/08/2024. The statement is accepted. 2.

Another grievance raised by the petitioner is with regard to the duration of the period of inspection as directed under Section 89A of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. By the order dated 11/12/2023, such inspection has been directed for the year 2022-2023. The petitioner seeks such inspection to be carried out for the years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 also. Hence the representation dated 02/01/2024 in that regard has been made to the Deputy Registrar.

The Deputy Registrar is directed to consider the aforesaid representation in accordance with law within a period of six weeks of receiving copy of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner. Needless to state that if the petitioner's grievance still survives, he is free to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
