Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to pursue L.C. Suit No.2400 of 2019 pending in the City Civil Court. He however requests that some directions may be issued to expedite this Suit and some liberty may also be granted to the Petitioner to apply for interim reliefs given the subsequent developments.

Accordingly, we grant leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the above Suit and also to file Interim Applications as the Petitioner may be advised given the alleged 26th July 2024
