In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the validity of the conditions of the Request for Proposal bearing Reference No.UBI/OPS/2024-25/01/GEM BID No.GEM/2024/B/4907503 for "Supply, Installation and Maintenance of 3000 ATM's under End to End Outsourced Model" dated 04/05/2024.

The learned counsel for Respondent No.2, on instructions, submits that the aforesaid RFP has been cancelled by Respondent No.2 and a communication has been sent to the learned counsel for the 1/2
