Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and having expressed our disinclination as regards prayer clauses (a) and (b), the learned Counsel for the Petitioner has only pressed the alternative prayer clause (c).

Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the Petitioner has prayed for this relief without making any representation to the Respondent, and the prayer is being made for the first time in the Court. He submits that if any representation is so made, the same will be considered as per law.
