After the petition was heard for some time, Ms. Chavan, on instructions from Mr. Santoshkumar P. Rajput, Asst. Commissioner of State

ppn 2/2 7& 21.wp-3669.24 & anr.doc Tax (D-001), states that respondent nos. 1 to 3 would withdraw the letters dated 5th June 2024 addressed to National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) so far as it relates to Mr. Akhilesh Kalra, PAN - ALOPK8510G and Mr. Vishal Rajnikant Doshi, PAN - AHGPD6596D. Ms. Chavan also states, on instructions, that not later than 12 noon tomorrow, communications will be addressed to NSDL as well as CDSL about withdrawing the letters dated 5th June 2024 referred to above. Ms. Chavan states this is without prejudice to the said respondents' rights and contentions to commence proceedings against the said Mr. Akhilesh Kalra and Mr. Vishal Rajnikant Doshi in accordance with law.

Mr. Shah states in view of the statement made by Ms. Chavan, keeping open the rights and contentions of Mr. Akhilesh Kalra and Mr. Vishal Rajnikant Doshi, both the petitions may be disposed. Ordered accordingly.

Both the petitions disposed.
