Ms. Chavan states the petition was served only on 6th September 2024 and, therefore, requests for some time to file an affidavit-in-reply. Affidavit-in-reply to be filed and copy served on or before 1st October 2024. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed and copy served by 10th October 2024.

Stand over to 14th October 2024.

Mr. Raichandani states that leave be granted to amend the petition to bring on record certain facts more clearly. Petitioner may take out an interim application for the same and Respondent may file reply to the same.

Until 25th October 2024, there shall be ad-interim in terms of prayer clause (g) which reads as under:- "(g) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India calling for the records pertaining to the Petitioner's case and after going into the validity and legality of the provisions thereof direct the Respondent No.4 by himself, his subordinates, servants and agents, pending disposal of the present petition not to precipitate the matter / proceedings initiated vide impugned order dated 29th April 2024 and stay execution or recovery and other proceedings thereof;"
