_________________________________________________________ CORAM : M.S. Sonak & Advait M. Sethna, JJ.
DATED : 24 November 2025 ORAL ORDER (Per - M. S. Sonak, J.) :- 1.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2.
Without prejudice, Mr. Adik states that the Interim Applications could be allowed but the Petitions may be disposed of in the light of this Court's order dated 10 November 2025, disposing of Writ Petition No. 3383 of 2025, and the order dated 24 November 2025, disposing of Writ Petition No. 2207 of 2024 and connected matters.
3.
Accordingly, we allow the Interim Applications and dispose them of. The necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks so that the record is correct. Re-verification is dispensed with.
4.
In all these Petitions, the challenge is to the Orders-inOriginal made during the pendency of these Petitions. Given our
order dated 10 November 2025, disposing of Writ Petition No. 3383 of 2025, and the order dated 24 November 2025, disposing of Writ Petition No. 2207 of 2024 and connected matters, we dispose of these Petitions by allowing the Petitioners to institute Appeals against the Orders-in-Original within six weeks from today, after complying with all legal formalities, including predeposit etc. 5.
If such Appeals are indeed filed within six weeks then the Appellate Authority is directed to consider the same on merits without adverting to the issue of limitation. 6.
Further, it would be open to the Petitioners to apply before the Appellate Authority to defer the hearing in the Appeals because of the involvement of the issue of delayed adjudication, given the Hon'ble Supreme Court's order of 02 May 2025, in the case of Union of India And Ors. Vs. GMR Airport Infrastructures Ltd.1. If such Application is made, we are sure that the Appellate Authority will consider the same in the light of the Hon'ble Supreme Courts order.
7.
By following the reasoning in the orders referred to above, and by granting the Petitioners similar liberties, we dispose of these Petitions. No costs.
8.
All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. (Advait M. Sethna, J) (M.S. Sonak, J) Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 5392/2025
