A passover was granted in this matter, since the learned Advocate for the Petitioners desired to take instructions. 2.

He, now submits, on instructions, that the Petitioners desire to challenge the subsequent Notification, which was introduced after this Petition was filed in January 2024, challenging the earlier Notification. He, therefore, desires to prefer a fresh Petition taking up all the grounds for assailing the new Notification, Kartikeya

31-WP-3776-2025.odt as well as the portion of the earlier Notification, which continues to be applicable, and therefore, prays for leave to withdraw this Petition.

In view of the above statement, with liberty, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. Needless to state, all grounds and contentions of the stakeholders are kept open if the Petitioners prefer a fresh Writ Petition.
