Heard Mr. Cyrus Jal, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Sharma, learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 and Mr. Upadhye, learned AGP for the Respondent-State.

Mr. Jal, learned Counsel states that the Society has prepared parking policy and accordingly allotted the parking spaces. He submits that the Society is also ready to allot other parking space to the Respondent No.3.

It is the contention of Mr. Sharma, learned Counsel for

02-WP-3801-2024.doc Respondent No.3 that there are other Garages also in the Society compound, however, only as far as the Garage of the Respondent No.3 is concerned, obstruction is created by showing Parking Space F-9 and F-21. He further submits that the Car Parking Space F-9 has been allotted to the erstwhile Secretary−Mrs. Udaya Padhya. The Respondent No.3 shall file Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of 2 weeks from today. 4.

No case is made out for granting any ad interim relief at this stage.
