On 30 April 2025, the proceedings were adjourned. The Court in its order recorded that the learned counsel for the parties amicably settled the dispute between the parties and they intend to file consent terms. The consent terms are essentially between the petitioner and respondent no.7 to 10 who are all private parties or individuals against whom a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable as fairly agreed on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
Be that as it may, it is agreed that the disputes are settled between the parties. We are also informed that the police complaints, if any, are also withdrawn.

In view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition.
