In this Writ Petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks quashment of order passed by respondent no.2 allotting the Service provider at Top Gear, COCO-1 at B.D. Desai Road, Mumbai of Abhinav Shobhit and for direction to allot the work of Service Provider to the petitioner, as per the policy. Tilak
