By the aforesaid order, this Court had permitted learned counsel for the Petitioner to tender a draft amendment and allowed the amendment. Thereafter, the counsel for the M.M.Salgaonkar

In compliance of the aforesaid order, the counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 has filed the reply to the amended Petition. Therefore, we do not find any ground to modify the order dated 03/02/2025. However, paragraph 4 shall be construed to mean that the counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 has been granted three days' time to file reply to the amended Petition.
Accordingly, application for modification of the order stands disposed of.
