Learned counsel for the AGRC, based on instructions from the AGRC states that AGRC will dispose of the Petitioner's Appeal No. 162 of 2022 within four months from today.

We accept the above statement and direct the AGRC to act accordingly. Given this statement, the relief in this Petition stands worked out.

Learned counsel for AGRC states that the Petitioner may be directed to file a praecipe along with authenticated copy of this order so that the matter can be taken on board at an early date. 5.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that such praecipe would be filed within one week from today, i.e., by 30 August 2024.
