An application has been made by way of a praecipe dated 7 April 2026 seeking extension of the order dated 9 February 2026 by which Respondent No.2-Municipal Commissioner was directed to pass fresh order upon hearing the Petitioner and considering the representation. By the said order the Writ Petition had been disposed of. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2-Municipal Commissioner of the BMC has sought extension of the order in view of the recent change in the Municipal Commissioner and for which the Municipal Commissioner would require to grant hearing to the Petitioner and consider representation for which an additional time would be required.

Having considered the request, the order dated 9 February 2026 directing Respondent No.2-Commissioner of the BMC to pass fresh orders Shubham 1/2

2 6-WP-3986-2024.doc upon granting hearing to the Petitioner and considering representation is extended. The exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from today. The rest of the directions shall remain. 4.

The Writ Petition has already been disposed of and no further orders are required.
