Heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides for sometime.

We have perused the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 1st March, 2013 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.8694 of 2013.

The temporary charge handed over to the Petitioner has now been taken away. He is presently working on the post on which

Trupti 911-wp-3986-2024.odt he is actually posted. Naturally, he will be entitled to the salary of the post on which he is presently working. The temporary charge was handed over to him on 19th August, 2019.

As such, until the decision in this Petition, recovery of amounts already been paid to the Petitioner would not be initiated. 5.

Office to accept the affidavit-in-reply, if filed by the Respondents.
