Ms Siddhi Bhosale learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 submits that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the Petitioner had been paid part of his dues in instalments and the remaining amount claimed by the Writ Petitioner shall also be cleared in a time-bound manner. 3.

Taking note of such submissions of Ms Bhosale, we close this Writ Petition by granting liberty to the Petitioner to seek restoration of the Writ Petition, if deemed necessary. 4.
