After this Writ Petition was argued for some time, and we were not inclined to entertain it, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

The Petitioner is free to make a fresh representation to the BEST for a electricity connection to his premises. If any such representation is made, the BEST shall consider the same especially keeping in mind the order passed by the Small Causes Court at Mumbai below Exhibit-107 in R.A.D. Suit No.2505 of 2006 dated 23rd August 2014.
