The above Writ Petition is filed, inter alia, seeking to quash and set aside the Summons dated 23rd February, 2024, 25th April, 2024, 5th June, 2024 and 12th July, 2024. These summons basically called upon the Petitioner to provide requisite information. According to the Petitioner, the relevant requisite information has already been provided. According to the Respondent, that is not the case.

Be that as it may, we find that there is no requirement to entertain the Writ Petition and to interfere with these Summons that have been issued by the authorities, seeking information. 3.
If the information is not provided as per the requirement of the authorities, the authorities are free to take whatever steps they want in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
